I imagine you have arrived at our website because you have some level of awareness that estate planning is important, and you are beginning to research what you might need and how the process works.  Or perhaps because you have a plan that you prepared years ago and never updated, or you have recently moved to Missouri. We do this with education, so that you have all the information you need to understand what Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney do and how they work, and can make an informed and empowered decision about whether a Will-Based Plan, a Trust-Based Plan, or Missouri’s Default Plan (which you have right now if you are a Missouri resident and have done no estate planning) is right for you and your family, followed by a simple, well defined 4 step process that typically takes 6-8 weeks.
